Carrie2

I think I insulted Carrie enough so that she will never shoot with me
again :)

The truth is:
If I think a model is great, I will tell her. If I think a model is
great but needs a little "tune-up" I'll tell her that too. For example,
I told Carrie I think she is beautiful..a VERY pretty face. I also told
her that she could get better quality modeling jobs and more of them if
she "lost a few pounds?"
ooops.

I called her about a week later asking her if she would be interested in
shooting again and she said "I'm gonna lose a few pounds and then I'll
call you". Ouch. She didn't sound super friendly.

Look, the only reason I would say something like that is because I
CARE....I care enough to say something.
So, if I see one EASY thing that a model could do that would GREATLY
increase her potential....I feel I should tell her. On the reverse, if I
see NO HOPE for a model I say NOTHING!

One time I was at a club. I ran into an old friend who I hadn't seen in
several years. In the first few sentences of our conversation I was
saying how great it was to see him etc etc, and he just interrupted me
and said "Matt, if I had breath like yours right now, I'd want one of my
good friends to tell me about it". I stopped, looked at him in
amazement, and THANKED him!

If someone tells you that you have bad breath, are they your friend or
foe? Your FRIEND of course!
