Nia
Nia is a hottie. I really like her look and think she is very sexy. Some
of you may have noticed that her pics and audition video were taken down
for awhile. This is because some FUCKING, COCKSUCKING ASSHOLE (oh do I
sound mad?) anonymously emailed me and other photographers who had shot
her saying she was 17 years old, using fake ID and that he was being
investigated by the police and that the rest of us should get our
paperwork in order (model release/ID's). Eh hem....to be on the safe
side, I took her pics down, contacted my lawyer and pulled up the model
release and ID I had on her. They both were SOLID. Nia contacted me
later that day saying some guy she had worked for was trying to fuck her
over. I talked with Nia and told her the situation....she was swearing
up and down she was 18 etc etc. I had Nia put her MOM on the phone. I
asked her Mom how old Nia was and she said 18 and gave me her DOB (which
matched the ID). Nia LIVES with her Mom...I've PICKED HER UP THERE
MYSELF. To make a long story short, I ended up getting her BIRTH
CERTIFICATE and a local college ID from her....making that 4 (FOUR)
forms of ID and HER OWN MOTHER verifying her age! I emailed the guy who
was SLANDERING her and told him what a fucking slime ball he was. He
NEVER identified himself, he only HID behind his little Hot Mail
account. Nia has told me who he is :)
Here's a little bit of valuable info for you if you shoot nude girls. If
you possess good ID and a signed model release which states "under
perjury I am a legal adult" (I'm paraphrasing) then YOU CANNOT BE
PROSECUTED for shooting an underage model, PERIOD. In fact, the god damn
girl could be 14 and they STILL COULD NOT PROSECUTE YOU. My lawyer is
the absolute best in the adult industry and these words come directly
out of his mouth. With all that said...NEVER shoot a model whom you
believe to be under the legal age in your state.
Once again ..some unscrupulous people fucking it up for everybody else.
